All RVs must be in good condition, and all electrical and plumbing must be in proper working order. During the cold season, a heated hose is required for your stay at our Paducah, KY RV park. Access to the park is controlled by a gate, and the gate code will only be provided upon arrival. Please remember that the gate code is NOT to be shared with any visitors. Check-in time is from 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm Central Time; kindly call the office if you expect to be late. Office hours are from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm Central Time. Check-out time is 11:00 am Central Time, and any late check-out must be approved prior to departure. A fee of $10.00 per hour, up to 2 hours, may apply when availability allows; any departures after 1:00 pm will incur a full day's charge. Remember, the gate code is NOT to be given to visitors. Renters are responsible for ensuring their family and visitors adhere to the rules set forth in our RV park in Paducah, Kentucky. Basic rental rates cover two adults, two children, and two pets, with an additional fee of $5.00 per person per day, capped at 8 per site. There is a $10.00 charge for each pet beyond the initial two with management's approval. Quiet time is enforced from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. All visitors must check in at the office—NO EXCEPTIONS—and must park in designated areas only; parking at campsites incurs a $5.00 fee per visit, which is strictly enforced. All visitors must exit the campground by 10:00 pm. Trash pickup occurs daily; please ensure trash bags are tied tightly; black trash bags and loose trash are not permitted. Place your trash at the end of your campsite by 9 AM in the morning only—do not leave it out overnight. Campsites are clean upon arrival, and a $25.00 fee will be charged to your credit card if you leave behind cigarette butts, trash on the ground, in the firepit, or any dog waste. Please keep your campsite tidy and refrain from cluttering around your camper. It is prohibited to dispose of trash or cigarette butts in fire pits. No permanent structures are allowed, nor should anything be hung, nailed, or fastened from trees. Clotheslines, chains, or lanterns are not permitted. Guests are prohibited from cutting or damaging trees or shrubs. Remember to extinguish your campfire before leaving. No solid or liquid waste should be dumped on the grounds. Dog pools, washing RVs or vehicles, and any similar activities are not allowed in this park. The speed limit within the park is 10 mph. ATVs, UTVs, golf carts, or dirt bikes are not permitted, though bicycles are allowed. Use designated parking areas only; no parking in grass or on neighboring campsites is allowed. One vehicle per campsite is permitted, and parking diagonally is not allowed. Birdsville Riverside RV Park is not responsible for damage to any vehicles. Charging electric bikes or vehicles is strictly prohibited. Please respect your neighbors and do not walk across other campers' sites. Boat trailers or any other trailers are not allowed at campsites, and any extra vehicles must be parked in designated areas for a one-time fee of $10.00 per stay/month. Parents or guardians are responsible for their children’s behavior, and children must be supervised at all times, remaining at their campsites by dark. We are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or property loss due to fire, theft, wind, or acts of God. All pets (dogs & cats) must be kept on a leash (maximum 6') and cannot be left unattended outside your RV. Please do not tie pets to trees, and clean up after them immediately. While we have no breed restrictions, any animal displaying aggressive behavior or excessive barking will not be tolerated. Campers will be held responsible for any damage or injury caused by their pets. Please do NOT throw cigarette butts on the campgrounds or pavement as smoking is prohibited in or near the Office or Cabins. NO FIREWORKS are allowed.
